Outreach & Inclusion

The 4-H Youth Development Program is open to all school-age youth and camp administrators are responsible for assuring their programs are welcoming, inclusive environments. While non-discrimination and equal opportunity are legal mandates, 4-H values inclusion and builds environments in which diversity is understood and appreciated. Diversity adds to our program's strength and is a critical element in our youth development mission.

In order to assess your awareness of the subject, a series of questions have been listed below. After you have completed the survey, or if you have take this survey during this program year, please scroll to the bottom of the page. You will be directed to additional resources to expand your skills, knowledge and abilities to operate your camp.
