Conferences
4-H conferences, typically several days in length, allow members and volunteers to develop skills, learn about new opportunities, share with others. Conferences create an engaging environment and are usually characterized by workshops and organized social events.
Local Conferences
 County 4-H conferences, hosted by the County 4-H Office, Volunteer Council, or 4-H Clubs. |

State Conferences
 4-H State Leadership Conference, held at a University of California campus, allows high school 4-Hers to hone their leadership abilities. |

National Conferences
 National 4-H Conference, held in Maryland, brings 4-Hers from across the nation together to exchange ideas and develop 4-H's future. |
 Washington Focus takes youth to Washington, D.C. to explore the federal government and national issues with 4-Hers from across the U.S. |
