What you will need to know

The California 4-H Youth Development Program provides several study/travel programs for active 4-H'ers. These programs provide hands-on learning to enhance the delegate's citizenship knowledge and skills.

Delegates to California Focus must be members in good standing and have graduated from 8th grade or be a certified 4-H leader and 21 years of age or older with authorization from your county 4-H office.

Delegates to Washington Focus must be members in good standing and have completed the sophomore year in high school or be sixteen years of age or older, or be a certified 4-H leader and 21 years of age or older with authorization from your county 4-H office.

Each delegate must mail their forms to the State 4-H Office and submit their registration through the online survey below. Delegates may send their forms individually, or the county may mail them as a group. Individual checks must be made out to the County Council, who must then send one check per delegation to the State 4-H Office. Make checks payable to: UC Regents. Please mail registration forms to:

2012 REGISTRATION

WA Focus - $1,200 deposit due to the State 4-H Office by January 16, 2012
CA Focus - $150 deposit due to the State 4-H Office by March 12, 2012
The remaining balance for both programs is due March 30, 2012
