County delegations to both California and Washington Focus are able to utilize the new skills they have learned by carrying out a plan of action in their local community. Tools to help youth and volunteer leaders in planning and implementing a plan are:
If you are looking for ideas, check out the plans below that have been completed by past Focus delegates.
Washington Focus delegates: Your Plan of Action Contract is due to Carolyn Abrams by April 30. Once you've identified your issue and begun your initial planning, complete the contract and submit it.
California Focus delegates: You will complete your Plan of Action Contract at California Focus and present your idea to a review board the last day of conference. Begin by identifying a real need in your local community.
A final report is due to the California State 4-H Office outlining the work that each group has done .
